Boot Camp for the Soul

Boot Camp for the Soul: A Take-Charge Women’s Coaching Group

Let’s face it. Life is messy in our world today. There’s chaos and challenge everywhere.

And, our souls and spirits are itching to get out and play in the mess, fully engaged with the stuff of life, whatever it is.

Think of all the mess as an incredibly powerful and creative energy from which to live fully: in love, connection, spirit, and contribution.

What’s “The Call” in all of this?

It’s to take charge and live the adventure of life fully, in spite of the outer conditions that we are all faced with.

It’s time to take charge and sponsor our souls and spirits, to make room for them to come out and play in the fullness of life.

What’s called for is for us to finally get that there is no longer any map, and that our choices are to let our spirits and souls languish while we wait for one, or to learn to operate in the world without a map.

You don’t need a map. You have internal guidance that’s better than any map could ever be. You have everything within you to guide you in any eternal circumstances. Your “internal GPS” knows who you are, where you are, and where you’re going.

You just need to discover how to use it, your way, dynamically and effectively, and how to rely on it, 24/7.

What’s called for is to finally trust what we’ve known all along: that our inner guidance is true, clear and infinitely wise. Most of all, what’s called for is to live it, 24/7.

I’m starting a Women’s Coaching Group called Boot for the Soul.

It’s Boot Camp, because it’s no-nonsense.

Our group starts with the assumption that living inner guidance 24/7 is the way to go, and we do everything we need to do to take charge and live that way, starting now, without excuses or compromises.

Inner guidance is no airy-fairy idea. It’s real and it’s practical. You can make all of your decisions and choices from that place. You can live a life that is true for you, in spite of, and in the midst of, everything that is going on around you. There’s truth and certainty, and - I dare say - joy, in choosing that way.

This is more about adventure than comfort. It’s edgy. It’s about your own truth, rather than trying to figure out everyone else’s.

In fact, it’s about feeling your way, the way that’s true for you, rather than figuring anything out.

More than anything else, it’s about charting your own course, guided by your own inner compass, rather than playing it safe or trying to orient yourself to some externally-defined expectation or prediction. The old ’safe’ isn’t really safe anyway, and it’s over-rated.

It’s time to take charge, trust your inner guidance, and live it, 24/7. It’s time to engage fully in the adventure of living, soul-full and spirit-filled.

Does Boot Camp for the Soul resonate for you?

The women in Boot Camp for the Soul are committed to:

    - discovering their own unique way of living tuned into their inner guidance
    - practicing it 24/7
    - charting their own course, without a map
    - moving into the full adventure of their lives: relationships, projects and passions, while knowing and feeling the power and clarity of their own truth

Being in a group with other amazing women who also want to live their inner guidance 24/7 supports you, calls you forth, holds you accountable to live with clear intention, aligned with your own inner compass.

The group challenges you to take action that is inspired from the depth of your own inner knowing, without excuses or compromise.

We are kindred spirits. This is your tribe.

Boot Camp for the Soul is a powerful and sacred space of becoming.

How Boot Camp for the Soul Works

Here’s how it works:

1. I’m your group coach.

2. You’ll have 5 to 6 other amazing women in your group with you.

3. We meet on a private, confidential telephone bridgeline. You call into our bridge phone line, at our group call time, from anywhere in the world. (You’ll incur normal long-distance phone charges).

4. Each month we meet for two one-hour group calls, except in August and December (no calls, no fees during those two months).

5. On the call, we check in, discover best practices, identify challenges, create strategies and next steps. We set clear and uncompromising intentions for the time between calls. All of these activities will be focused with the intention of evolving your capability and commitment to living your inner guidance 24/7.

6. Between calls, you live your inner guidance 24/7. You will have lots of ideas about the ‘How’ of this from our group coaching calls, and you’ll discover your own way too.

7. Prior to each call, you’ll complete a check-in for yourself about how it’s working.

8. Each month I’ll offer one optional 60 minute call, a “creative studio,” where I’ll share some tools that have worked for me in living my inner guidance 24/7. We’ll play with them and you can discover what works well for you.

9. Your fee will be $150 per month except August and December. I will bill you at the beginning of each month through PayPal.

10. During the months of August and December, you continue to live your inner guidance, 24/7. That’s a time of individual practice and integration.

11. Your commitment to your group is for one year.

These are the coaching structures that will sustain your commitment to live your inner guidance 24/7.

Over the year, your commitment and practice will build a habit of living from your inner compass.

Pianists practice, gymnasts practice. You practice too.

Your practice, living your inner guidance 24/7, is the way you sponsor your soul and spirit in living fully the adventure of life without a map.

I hope you’ll be able to come to all of our group coaching calls, but if circumstances cause you to miss a call, I’ll record it so you can listen to it later.

What Boot Camp for the Soul is Not

1. This isn’t a curriculum; it’s a coaching group. This means that I won’t teach you how to connect to your inner guidance, because I know that you were born with that knowledge. You need to find your own way for this to work for you. You’ll get ideas about the ‘how’ of living your inner guidance 24/7, and you will design the way that works best for you.

2. This isn’t a goals-oriented coaching group. It’s not about working on a particular goal or set of goals. It’s about practicing being connected to your true self through every activity, choice, and decision in your day. It’s real time, 24/7. Living your inner guidance will clarify, inspire, and energize your goals, but the goals aren’t the primary focus of the group.

3. This isn’t a meditation group. You may find that meditation is one way that helps you connect to your inner guidance, but it’s not the only one. Also, there are plenty of great meditation teachers out there, and I’m not one of them, although I’m a meditator. :)

Next Steps
