Coming Out of Hibernation
I feel like a bear coming out of a cave, emerging from hibernation.

Bears don’t actually hibernate. Their body temperature drops, breathing slows, and they go into a deep sleep.
Symbolically, for me, ‘going into the den’ means going into my inner stores of creativity and imagination.
I need to have periods of my life when I go deep within myself and am more reclusive.
It’s during those times that I nurture ideas for new projects.
When Spring comes, I feel a very natural awakening, a return to the ‘birth energy’ that’s required to launch new projects.
This is what I’m feeling now. As the trees get ready to bud out, I’m ready to get going on some projects that have been in the incubation stages over the Winter.
I’m coming out of my cave, ready to engage more actively with the ‘outers’ of my life, and it feels good.
