I’m back, after taking the summer off from my blogs.

My European clients have taught me well, about the huge value of sabbaticals: incubation, integration, inspiration. This is something that many reinventers probably already know.

I didn’t plan to take a summer sabbatical; I was responding to a strong call in me to do so.

One of my focuses over the summer was my stained glass mosaic art. As I became immersed in the process of art, I learned a lot about reinvention. Those insights were only one of the many gifts of my sabbatical time.
